Your customer service and quality of workmanship is nothing short of impeccable.
We did a downpipe installation in parallel with our poolside decking. The downpipe guys messed up their part of the installation which meant Gary’s team had to come back to do an adjustment on the decking.
Gary responded to messages over a weekend and his guys were at my house at 8am Monday morning, ready to sort out the problem.
They happily waited around for the downpipe guys who were running late to fix their error before they could complete their job. Work was done with a smile and all of this at no extra cost.
